No fence shall be replaced or constructed on any lot closer to any street than the rear corners of the  residence located on the lot; and any fence or walls erected above ground must be approved, in writing, by  the Stonecrest Homes Association Board of Directors as to type, material and design, before erection.  Decorative fences not in excess of twenty‐four (24) inches in height are not included within this restriction.
